Waterstone stock items

Waterstone is a build-to-order company. When we receive an order we build it, even if that order is later cancelled or changed. If an order is cancelled or changed, we put the items on a shelf and wait for another order for the same item(s). If the items are of a seldom ordered finish or style, the items accumulate in our inventory, On The Shelf. Right now, you can see what is currently available On The Shelf. These items are available on a first come-first served basis, so follow the instructions below to see what is available, and get your product shipped right away. Items on this list must be ordered through a Waterstone Authorized Dealer. Use our Dealer Locator to find a Dealer in your area. All Purchase orders for items on this list must be noted as “On The Shelf”. The ordered item(s) will ship in one business day from the date we receive your Purchase Order.

How to search the On the Shelf list.
1) To search by model number, enter the model number of the item you are looking for and press enter.
2) To search by finish, use the pulldown menu to get a list of all model numbers available in that finish.
3) To search the entire list simply scroll down.
If you find an item you want, immediately contact our customer service department. In the USA: 1-888-304-0660. For international: 1-951-304-0520. Ask them if the item is still available.

If the item is available they will ask you to immediately send a Purchase Order. The purchase order must be noted “On The Shelf”, and the item must have the OTS prefix (ie. OTS-5600-SN). Once your order is processed we will ship it out in one business day.
